I'm glad God my spirit crew and I were able to give our friend some practical tips on helping him sleep better. Woohoooo!!!!!! My team and I have friends in high places, on higher realms, so it shouldn't take them too long to join us next session, then stay for as long as they can in linear time to help Randolf. But we're pleased we were able to give him practical tips today, that should keep him going. :-). We were trying to track someone down in spirit a verry dear friend of mine, but we weren't able to, so that was disapointing, but we're gonna try again next session, with my higher self's, my gatekeeper's, etc etc, help. Plus my friend Herculees if he's free. I need to make sure my friend's higher self is safe out there... But i'm delighted my friend's human counterpart is doing really well and happy, we knew he'd thrive :-), God's fab at looking after good souls like my friend. Anyway, so overall, i'm happy with today's session outcome. Me and Randolf helped each other out, teamwork!!! Woohooo!!! Oh and we also gave him 2 books, which he looks forwards to reading!!! All about 1 to 9 D. :-).
