I think the concept of Mediumchat is great. I quit my job and started working with full conviction.

Questions about free chat?

- Chat did not work.
If the free chat did not work there could be 3 causes:
1. The browser is outdated. Download the latest version of Google Chrome and use Chrome
2. Your internet connection is not stable. Make sure your internet is powerful and stable. (for example no free wifi)
3. You have multiple accounts on medium chat. Everyone gets one free chat. To prevent misuse, we have built in several safeguards. Buy credits and start a full consultation.
- Advisor does not answer.
This can happen. Let us know, then we can contact the advisor and assess whether you are eligible for a new free introductory chat.
Questions about medium chat credits / payments?

- Credits are not addedn.
Usually your credits are credited to your account within 2 minutes. You will see them when you refresh your account. You can do this by clicking on the round arrow in the browser or by clicking on another page within Mediumchat.
- Too many credits debited
The amortization of the credits works via a calibrated mechanism and is pure. At the first contact, 1 credit is immediately debited, in the last minute, the line remains open for the whole minute. You can see the exact duration of your conversation in the conversation report.
- What is on my bank statement?
After a transaction with Mediumchat.nl, your bank statement contains a debited amount by Paramedia UK. The name Mediumchat can not be found on your bank statement.
Questions about chat report

- How do I get a free chat report?
When you end a chat conversation, you can click on the red link "Mail Chat Report". Then the report is automatically sent to your inbox.
- Can you still resend a chat report?
This is possible up to 5 days after a call. We can send the interview report on request.
- The chat report does not arrive.
This can have two causes.
1. Look in your SPAM box.
2. Your email address is not correctly entered when creating an account.

- The chat does not work
When the chat does not work there are two things to check first:
1. Is your browser up to date? If not, download Google Chrome and use this
2. Is your internet stable and powerful? (eg no free wifi)

Unsubscribe email / delete account

- Unsubscribe email
A unsubscribe link is included under every email we send. If you no longer wish to receive an e-mail from us, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking on this link and then confirming it on the site. You will no longer receive emails from us.
- Delete account
When you are logged in on mediumchat, you will find a 'delete account' button on the profile page. When you press and confirm this button, your account will be deleted and you will no longer receive emails from us.
Other questions (email consults etc)

- Can every advisior receive an email consultation?
Unfortunately, not every consultation can receive an email consultation. We expect every consultant to respond quickly. For consultants who are less often online, this does not work regularly after which we turn off the email option so that you do not have to wait longer than we promise.
- I can not find someone, why?
At Mediumchat, specialists come and go. We try to work with as stable a team as possible. Sometimes this is unfortunately not possible for various reasons. This may cause you to miss your favorite consultant at a given time. Hopefully in this case you will find someone else that you feel good about.
