Thanks Richard for the advice and reminder to look after my own wellbeing. I get myself so worked up so that's definitely something to reflect on. Thanks for your support Emma. Your email made me tear up a bit. You're right I have lost a bit of the self focus I had and got swept up in enjoying this time with Jack. I think it's this pattern I get into where it easily becomes about the ... Thanks for your support Emma. Your email made me tear up a bit. You're right I have lost a bit of the self focus I had and got swept up in enjoying this time with Jack. I think it's this pattern I get into where it easily becomes about the other person when it should be about me - and although I'm enjoying the now between us, hearing him say there will never be anything more struck some sort of core wounding and triggered my fears of abandonment and insecurities in a major way. I will pull the focus back onto myself and see how I really feel. There are parts of his personality I really do like a lot, and other parts which are a little triggering but our communication is strong so I'm learning a lot. Thank you for your guidance and for the reminder that there are many paths and possibilities. Not everything is set in stone.
