S****** played along with his professional part, just like the others but I saw true remorse in his eyes several times when we had eye contact. Thankfully it was an "informal talk" and they sold it as looking after me (and I think they actually do care very much) but the outcome - star card- was good. We will meet up again for little chats. I left with a good feeling. S******, on the other hand could not look me in the eye nor even utter anything, so you were also right about the fact "he will feel incredibly guilty afterwards."
